Ten questions across five areas, worth 0, 1 or 2 points each. Your total is scaled to 100. Each area is scored out of 4, and the two lowest areas become your "fix first" list.

Common questions

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A structured check of whether an organisation has what an AI project needs: a clear use case, usable data, reachable systems, sponsorship and a plan for governance. It tells you whether to build now, prepare first, or wait.

What is a good AI readiness score?

Above 55 out of 100 is a reasonable base for a fixed-scope pilot. Below 30, spending on a build usually wastes money. Fixing the lowest two areas first is cheaper than rebuilding later.

Do you store my answers?

No. The scoring runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you press the button to share your results through the contact form.

What should I do after the assessment?

Work on your two lowest areas, then size the project with our AI project cost estimator. For larger programmes, a Paid Discovery Sprint turns the gaps into a fixed-scope plan.
