Content on this Site — including service descriptions, case studies, blog posts, and pricing indications — is provided for general informational purposes. Case studies are illustrative/composite examples representative of typical engagements, as disclosed on those pages; they don't describe a specific named client unless explicitly stated. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, and pricing shown is indicative, not a quote — actual engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement (a Statement of Work or services contract) between Innometrique and the client.

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, the Innometrique name and brand assets, and site design — is owned by Innometrique or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to this content for personal or business reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it commercially without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. our GoodFirms, DesignRush, or YouTube profiles) or use third-party services (Formspree for form delivery, Google Analytics/Ads/Tag Manager for analytics and advertising). Any actual project engagement with Innometrique — scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, confidentiality, and liability for delivered work — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, not by these Site Terms. Where the two conflict for matters within a live engagement, the signed agreement controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except where a separately signed client agreement specifies a different governing law or venue for that engagement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
