Important context: Innometrique was founded in 2025 and has no delivered client history of its own yet — our own case studies on this site are explicitly illustrative and anonymized. The projects below were delivered through the founder's prior venture, Hashtaag Technologies (acquired by Biofourmis), and through a separate, currently-operating company the founder also runs — not through Innometrique. They're shown here as founder background and real engineering track record, not as work Innometrique itself performed.
Via Hashtaag Technologies

Biofourmis — beatHF

An end-to-end post-acute cardiac care platform for at-home patients: wearable/mobile physiological monitoring, real-time data processing, and a 24/7 care-team dashboard with risk stratification, built to catch patient deterioration before it requires readmission.

Via Hashtaag Technologies

Biofourmis — biovitals

The predictive-analytics engine underlying Biofourmis' products: a device-agnostic platform pulling continuous data from FDA/CE-approved biosensors, with a cognitive engine that learns each patient's individual physiological baseline to flag deterioration, improvement, or medication-driven changes.

Biofourmis total funding raised: $143.6M
Via Hashtaag Technologies

Biofourmis — Relief (PainFocus)

A post-surgical pain-monitoring mobile application, built in partnership with Mundipharma, tracking recovery after hip and thigh replacement surgery and the effectiveness of pain-relief medication via Bluetooth-connected devices feeding into the biovitals algorithm.

Via Hashtaag Technologies

AWAK Technologies — Dialysis Companion App

End-to-end mobile application (UI design through full working implementation) for AWAK's wearable peritoneal and hemodialysis sorbent technology, including firmware-integration protocol work for packet construction and response handling between the app and the physical device.

AWAK Technologies total funding raised: $57.2M
Via a separate company the founder currently runs

80-Person GCC for a European SportsTech Company

An ongoing engagement since 2023, building and operating a full Global Capability Center (GCC) in India — engineering delivery infrastructure and team — for a European SportsTech company. This is a live, currently-running relationship, delivered through a different company from Innometrique, not a completed historical project.
